Beautiful pic, beautiful little girl. Masterful dof and pink sandals and belt, as well as the railroad track, really lead the eye into the pic. Love the blue-green blurred vegetation and how it frames the head.

Something very compelling about this image. Is she surprised? Happy? Upset? Who is the lone figure in the background? I think the composition is very cool and helps set the image up to tell a story.

Clever photograph. If this was the Eastern Cape of South Africa, that object in the background would be a cow paddling in the waves, believe it or not. Herds of cattle wonder down to the shore each day to forage in the grass above the sand and then stand in the water to cool off.

What a day that is! I can remember when I first learned to ride a bicycle as if it was yesterday. Beautiful pic for the family album, gorgeous colours and a nice sense of movement.
